Michelin-Star Chef Lorna McNee Visits InchDairnie
We have joined up with LeBlanq once again this year, to provide a unique weekend of indulgence and adventure, right in the heart of Perthshire. Scotland, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and rich culinary heritage, will host LeBlanq’s only UK event this year, placing it alongside other iconic destinations such as Norway and Ibiza later in the year.
Hear from LeBlanq;
“With our legendary cycling tour of Perthshire coming up in September, our headline chef, Lorna McNee, has been perfecting her 5-course tasting menu. Lorna’s ’Tour de Feast’ has been created using only the finest Scottish produce, including InchDairnie Distillery’s RyeLaw whisky, to construct a menu worthy of a Gold Medal.
To get some inspiration for her dishes, Lorna visited their distillery in Fife to learn about their innovative process and to get a flavour of their precision distilled malted rye Scotch whisky. We were then invited to Lorna’s Michelin star restaurant, Cail Bruich, to chat about her philosophy, distillery visit and capture the creation of two of the dishes which will be served in Perthshire.; one of which is a nod to fellow headliners and golden couple, Dame Laura Kenny and Sir Jason Kenny.”
It was our pleasure to host Lorna at the distillery and we can’t wait to taste the dishes she creates in September at LeBlanq Perthshire!
From 20-22 September we’ll be exploring the rolling roads of Perthshire for a cycling and culinary tour alongside the most successful couple in Olympic history, Laura and Jason Kenny, and Scotland’s first female Michelin-starred chef, Lorna McNee. From skirting Loch Rannoch to tackling the epic climb up the famous Schiehallion, tasting some of the world’s finest produce, and melting into recovery mode at the 5-star Dunalastair Hotel Suites, this is a Joyride for riders and non-riders alike. A Sustainable Partnership with Muntons Malt
In this ever-changing landscape of sustainability, we feel we are in safe hands. Much of our carbon footprint is in our cereals, so working directly with both Munton’s and our local Fife farmer at Balgonie Estate, we are working together to reduce this.

Our Longstanding Partnership with Muntons Malt
Our partnership with Muntons has been crucial to our success as a Fife grown, Fife distilled and Fife matured distillery. The relationship we have developed with Balgonie Estates as a result of this, is essential to the ongoing production of our RyeLaw whisky.
