All material including intellectual property in it displayed on the Site (“Content”) belongs to the Company or its suppliers. The Site gives you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to (1) retrieve and display the content on your PC screen; (2) print individual pages on paper; (3) store individual pages in electronic format. You may not store any content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network or make any other use of the content.

You may not, without prior written permission given by the company within the previous six months, (1) redistribute any of the content or supply it to other people; (2) remove the copyright or trade mark notices from any copies of content made under this Agreement; (3) create a database in any form (including electronic or structural manual form) by downloading, copying and storying all or any of the content; (4) except as expressly set in this Agreement, modify, reproduce or in any way use any of the content.

The prices for good displayed for sale on the Site are as set out on the Site and are inclusive of relevant VAT and Duty at rates valid as of time of purchase. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the Site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, is accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

The InchDairnie Distillery website offers delivery to the UK only, fulfilled at InchDairnie Distillery and delivered by DHL. Goods must be ordered by and received by a person of 18 years or older (or persons of the requisite minimum legal age for ordering alcoholic products in the place of order).

You can cancel your order, but this must be done in email within 6 hours of purchasing. If the product has been delivered, or we are unable to prevent the delivery of a dispatched order from
being completed, you must return the product to us for the order to be cancelled. In such cases the return will be accepted subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Refunds will only be issued including shipping costs if they were delivered in error, defective or badly damaged. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 14 days.

We work hard to ensure that our goods arrive to your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. In the unfortunate case of goods being delivered in error, or which are defective or badly damaged on arrival, InchDairnie Distillery will arrange to have a courier service collect the products from you. Such collection will be at our expense, and we will also refund you the original purchase and delivery cost of such items.

Images on our website are there for illustration only and might not be an exact representation of the product. For example, batch numbers, product packaging, are all subject to change. We will do our best to inform you if this is the case, however, do not accept such changes as being a reason for return, other than at your own expense. If you are in any kind of doubt, please double check with us before ordering.

General Events Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to promotions featured in any publications and online services that are organised by InchDairnie Distillery (or in connection to a third party on InchDairnie Distillery’s behalf) and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
   2.By purchasing tickets to the detailed event, entrants accept these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for the event which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, or on the website, or communicated to purchasers in any other way. Such event information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these event terms and conditions and any event information. Please retain a copy for your information.
   3.The promoter of the event is InchDairnie Distillery, Whitecraigs Rd, Glenrothes KY6 2RX.
   Event 4.The event is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, i.e. England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. For the avoidance of doubt, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man are not part of the United Kingdom for these purposes. InchDairnie Distillery may ask the purchaser for proof of UK residency and if the purchaser is unable to prove their residency to InchDairnie Distillery’s satisfaction (i.e. prove that they are physically present in the UK for 183 days or more in the previous or current UK tax year) with a passport, driving licence or equivalent, InchDairnie Distillery reserves the right to select an alternative winner after 14 days if the winner has not responded. All attendees must be of the age of 18 or over.

5.Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner or household member) of any of the following may not enter:·InchDairnie Distillery· Any company involved in the organisation, management, promotion, or administration of the prize draw or its entry routes or donation of prizes or their agents or subsidiaries;· Any company involved in any capacity in the sponsorship of a prize draw or prize draw prize.

6.Entries are limited to two per person at point of purchase.

Standard terms
7.If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned,including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs,tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, eventor circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
8.The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict,delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
9.In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these terms and conditions and the event information, InchDairnie Distillery shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. In these circumstances, the event attendance by the entrant may be forfeited and InchDairnie Distillery reserves the right to refuse the purchaser already agreed to the entrant up to 24 hours before the event. Any attendee must comply with any directions given to him or her by InchDairnie Distillery including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and applicable regulatory codes.

10.The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

11.The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
