When the distillery was designed, low energy technologies were designed in from the very beginning, reflecting the age we live in. We adopted three strategies, reduce, recycle, and reuse.

Each year InchDairnie Distillery makes available thirty casks of its InchDairnie Single Malt for sale to private individuals for their own use. This year’s casks are red wine casks from the Rioja region of Spain.
Here at InchDairnie Distillery we do not use just any malted barley we use different varieties and types of barley which are malted for us by Muntons, at their maltings in Bridlington, England.
